There is a sign that says they’re understaffed, so it did seem to take longer than a more mainstream service center. And i don’t recommend planning to sit in their office while your car is being repaired. But not once did i experience any sales pressure and, again, the notes were the most thorough i’ve ever received so if you’re looking for a good, well-priced, honest mechanic, that’s what you’ll get here.
