  It is difficult to convey how much I violently despise the management of this garage. I paid the max day rate ($10) and entered 8:30am-5:00pm in the app. I got back to my car at 5:10, and they had ticketed me at almost exactly 5:01. What for? Because I entered the wrong time? That’s such a racket. I already gave you your $10 for the day, I’m not paying it again. Scammers.

  Typical scummy parking service… first time parking here and didn’t realize until too late that it is prepaid despite them having the system to track exactly how long between entry and exit. Their meter maid had my car covered within 3 minutes of parking. I begrudgingly paid their violation fee and won’t ever return. Beware!

  They do not honor the hours of operation posted. When they locked my car overnight, they offered no help and told me to come back tomorrow. The next day, they still were not operational during the posted hours. Eventually after several phone calls they unlocked my car from their offices/off sight. Why couldn't they do that the night before?

  Absolutely terrible. They recently transitioned to an app that now charges you a $0.35 fee for an app that they force you to use! The app itself is HORRIBLE, it doesn’t even list DC as a valid state for a license plate and the customer service number has no one on the other end. This is a shameless way to layoff workers and charge more fees to customers - most of which are federal government employees and parents taking their kids to the ice rink. The 7th floor is also filled with bird poop. Horrible from SP+

  Absolutely horrible experience. Do not park here unless you want to be treated horribly. I have been paying for monthly parking for two months, and I’m still awaiting my access card. When i came to pick up my access card, the staff could not find it and the manager wont pick up phone call. Every time I tried to leave the gate, the woman at front gate would argue with me and insist that i collect my access card first, despite the fact that the office could not provide me one for two months. Ridiculous. 0 star
