  I would not recommend parking here on the basis that this parking garage defrauded me. I booked a reservation to park here over the weekend through the app spothero paying roughly $29 through the app. They allowed me to scan into the garage using the QR code that they sent to my email but when I tried to leave (within the timeframe that I had paid for). When I tried to leave the gate would not open and the QR code would not open the gate and the screen said that I would need to pay an additional $30 to exit the garage. I hit the call button on the screen for assistance and it did not work to call anyone. I also called spothero, the lady I talked to was very nice but was unfortunately not able to help me. In the end I could not find any way out of the garage other than to pay the money, there was no human I could talk to and essentially I was defrauded of $30 plus tax and have no recourse. So, if you need to park in the area you have other options that cost less than the $59 dollars that this place was able to fraudulently charge me. I hope the same does not happen to you or your family :)

  This company does not honor the hours posted on their sign. They locked my car overnight and offered no help when it was stuck in the garage, and they told me to come back the next day. I came back the next day and they still were not open during hours of operation posted, but eventually with a few phone calls they opened the garage for me to retrieve my car. Why couldn't they open the garage the night before?

  Decent availability even in the late morning time during the week. Would be 5 stars if the gate attendant worked faster. Shouldn't take 2m to break a 20 dollar bill.
