  Scammed me out of 25 dollars. Said weekend was 5 and overnight was 20. Paid 25 was there from 11pm to 12:40am

  I would not recommend parking here on the basis that this parking garage defrauded me. I booked a reservation to park here over the weekend through the app spothero paying roughly $29 through the app. They allowed me to scan into the garage using the QR code that they sent to my email but when I tried to leave (within the timeframe that I had paid for). When I tried to leave the gate would not open and the QR code would not open the gate and the screen said that I would need to pay an additional $30 to exit the garage. I hit the call button on the screen for assistance and it did not work to call anyone. I also called spothero, the lady I talked to was very nice but was unfortunately not able to help me. In the end I could not find any way out of the garage other than to pay the money, there was no human I could talk to and essentially I was defrauded of $30 plus tax and have no recourse. So, if you need to park in the area you have other options that cost less than the $59 dollars that this place was able to fraudulently charge me. I hope the same does not happen to you or your family :)

  Clean, safe, spacious parking. However IT CLOSES AT 6 PM!!!!! THE GARAGE DOOR IS CLOSED AT 6PM. So if you park inside and don’t leave before it closes, good luck. Call an Uber and come back the next day to get your car. Seriously should have a HUGE sign to clearly indicate that SIGNIFICANT detail to customers before parking inside! “GARAGE DOOR CLOSES AT 6PM!!!!!!”
