- TJTasin JamalJan 1, 20261.0Terrible parking garage. I’ve been parking in this Arlington area for years and unfortunately tried to park in this garage for the first time. Parked overnight and the garage was closed this morning. Tried to enter through the lobby but it was locked, call the call service through the intercom and call through the website to no luck. At noon finally got a hold of someone over the phone, and they were extremely rude, refused to offer help, and threatened to call the cops. Disgusting behavior from the people in charge of this garage. Don’t park here. This garage is a scam and is run by greedy people. Only way to get into the garage if the garage door is closed is to have a car come near the garage door to trigger the sensor to open it.

It's predatory and near scandalous, shame on the managers of the garage. It would be beneficial to be given notice, especially on the website.
