    Took my new car to Take 5 car wash and the wash ripped off my top of my driver side mirror plastic top. It's all scratched up. I filed a report and contacted customer service over a week a ago and said they would get back to me. I'm paying $28 a month for this. I don't even want to take it back to wash it because I'm worried about what's next coming off my car. The staff also really didn't care about what happened or ask me to file a report. Very disappointed and not a happy customer
