They held that deposit for that Class C. It was an agent in camping World Las Vegas who showed us that RV twice, we fell in love with it. We decided to do our business Las Vegas branch. Placed a deposit on a Class C that we purchased,camping world ST.George never return our deposit. We were promised by Jeremy the manager with Dave Larrieau finance manager in Las Vegas over the phone that we will be refunded that deposit. That deposit was taken Oct 2025, until now that deposit still hasn't showed up. Jeremy promised he will be refunded it has been over 2 months still no refund. They are nice to you when they want your business they will.promise you everything but really mostly typical car salesman mentality

We have called and called and called with no response. I was contemplating trading in my RV but at this point that is not going to happen. They are 100% horrible company.

We have purchased & sold with Camping World and have had a variety of RV warranty and service repairs from Camping World in many states. The St George Utah Camping World location is the only consistently poor experience we continue to have! No one should ever have to wait 2.5 months for warranty and service repairs on a new rig! The worst part is they refuse to take ownership of their poor service practices and failure to complete actual repairs charged to the manufacturer! How corporate Camping World allows them to continue with these business practices in Saint George Utah is unacceptable!
- MHMike Van HeelDec 16, 20251.0Schedule appointment to have oil change and adress a issue with the fridge as it seams to have come lose from its mounts and slid out on the bottom and pulled the kick panel away leaving a ugly gap at the base , there fix was to ad 4 screws to the kick panel and say they fixed it still leaving a ugly gap. If this is the standard of work they provide. Im not able to leave a positive review. Secondly. The primary reason was to get the service done ie oil change was told they had nothing down on there work order for a oil change.and said that i would have to reschedule a time for this. I stated im a hour drive one way and received the reply that there technician was booked and i would have to reschedule.
