I appreciate their thoroughness and transparency on the maintenance side of things, as well as their friendliness and demeanor in the office. Their pricing seems fair and they communicate well. The lot isn't secured but it seems like a relatively low-risk area for theft and I have not had any issues when my vehicle has been left overnight and they at least have cameras.
