- JGJayla GrandberryJun 24, 20251.0I took my car to this shop as insurance recommend them. They didn't go over paper work with me and didn't show the information that came with the contract. Held my car for over a week despite asking for it back. Tried to pay for labor and leave with my car, but they only take cash despite have a cards listed on the back wall and advertised on their google about tab! Wouldn't recommend if your looking for a body shop that works with you and communicates well.

- AHAnarosa HernandezSep 14, 20231.0WORST!!!!experience ever unfinished work my insurance payed them and the work wasn’t fully fulfilled now my car is sting in my driveway my insurance sent me with theses people to fix my car but instead of that I don’t know what they did to it and now it doesn’t even turn on worst body shop in SALT LAKE CITY. There not even mechanic's they do body work on cars supposedly not on motors and even my motors cover is missing I don’t recommend you to take ur car here unless you want to pay more money at the end to fix whatever they didn’t and whatever they messed up on it!!!! If I could rate this place not even worthy of a star at all.!!!!
- NKNoreen KittrickJan 11, 20171.0Bought a Groupon and they wouldn't honor it. It took almost a month of going back between and forth between Groupon and Downtown Auto Body before Groupon gave up trying to contact them and just gave me my money back. Terrible communication and customer service.
