I think a five star review is in order, as it’s probably the case that people only leave a review on things go wrong over the experience. I don’t see a good reason why this place wouldn’t have five stars on Google

- YDYen DangMay 30, 20241.0Whoever was working here on May 30th, 2024 at 4pm hates their job and has terrible customer service. I stayed at the Hyatt next door and they gave us ticket vouchers. Mine didn’t work and the person working the gate was atrocious. Do better or find a new job.

When I started working at a nearby location, I got a monthly parking pass here, and the whole experience was horrendous. Little to no communication, parking is expensive, the manager is unhelpful, rude, and unwilling to even try to help. The experience of parking here with a monthly pass is also terrible, requiring you to go through a set of convoluted steps to even use your pass. Would be 0 stars if that were possible.
