He made sure I knew what I was getting and let me decide what worked best for me. I could feel how genuinely he cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. The vacuums here are also awesome. I have a dog so it is usually hard to see a real difference, but the location in Millcreek actually got all the hair out! Great service all around!
