Good communication, they won't try to push you on getting extra things . They also offer vehicle registration stickers . Saves us a trip or waiting time for it to come in. The mail.

I was stopped over in Salt Lake City for a few days, and after all my adventures, something on I15 punctured one of my tires. I combed through a bunch of reviews, and super happy to have found this shop. They were really friendly and helpful, and the shop crew got me back on the road faster than I had expected. If I’m back in SLC and need a shop, this is definitely where I would go. If you are local, you should be going here! Awesome crew, and thanks again for getting me back of the road so effortlessly. You guys rock!

- LHlinda huntNov 12, 20255.0I am delighted to share my recent experience with Jones Complete Car Care and its staff of true gentlemen miracle workers: To begin, AAA left me stranded on a lonely street for more than 2-1/2 hours. In desperation I called Jones and they helped facilitate a tow truck to come to my aid. And then the real work began. They diagnosed and repaired the clutch failure, examined the engine, fixed an oil leak and gave the car a once-over. The service was quick, efficient and complete. THE reliability and honesty of Jones’’ men lived up to my highest expectations. Thank you!
