Drove a block and noticed the driver side mirror was cracked so badly there was no way I could drive in interstate. Called Gerber and Jeremiah was all over it. He tracked down a mirror, hustled over and picked it up, and got it installed. I was back on the road in about an hour. Crazy good.

One of the tail lights was not plugged in and I was nearly rear ended until I realized the turn signal on that side wasn't working. They left used plastic parts in the trunk. Not up to my expectations considering past business with them. I was called by the manager of this location. I went back and the ripple (aka run) in the paint was sanded and corrected. The thumbprint in the paint was not addressed. The other complaints were handled by me. I have increased my rating by one star, to 4, which I consider generous.
