I then decided I should find a shop and purchase 4 new trailer tires. We called and you had the tires I need in stock. So we came and purchased the tires for a fare price. The problem I have is how slow you all were. I was the only customer there and you had multiple employees who disappeared as soon as my trailer was in the shop. You left the low man on the totem pole. To struggle with my job. it took an hour and a half to change 4 trailer tires. This job should have been tackled by 2 or more employees and done in 30 to 40 minutes. I am qualified to make this judgment call as during my college days I was a tire and lube tech. To whoever was managing your service was unacceptably slow leaving 1 guy to do the job and I was the only customer. To whomever owns this shop it's time for a new manager.

It’s rare to find a business that puts transparency and customer care first. I’m so glad I found them. Gills is now my go-to for all vehicle repairs moving forward.
