  This place is awesome! I've been looking for a cute little RV. I'm new to traveling and the road. Emily, the salesman, was happy to help me figure out what I needed. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. This company is family owned and even supports veterans. Thanks, you guys!

  This is the exact type of business you should avoid when looking to make a large investment. At the very least I would highly recommend getting everything in writing, do not let the only form of communication be over the phone or in person, as they do not live up to their word. We were misinformed before the purchase, then were promised a list of things to rectify the situation at no cost to us. After over a week of not hearing anything, we were told that once again they are not living up to their word and that all of the solutions will actually have to come out of our pocket to fix. On top of the misinformation - we were given round about answers to divert the blame. No accountability has been taken, not even a simple sorry for miscommunicating. After finding out we were upset initially, the salesman stopped by on his way to pick up another camper, fixed some minor things, and made promises to rectify the rest. Now the dealership is not holding up to those words once again. Wont respond to emails, texts or calls. Huge life lessons were learned for us. I have never experienced anything like this. Take your business elsewhere. For others reading their reply - once again, we are experiencing round about answers and excuses rather than addressing the actual issues. The specific questions asked when inquiring about the unit was if the underbelly was heated, if there were washer drier hookups and if there was an exterior drier vent. We were told yes to all. None of that is true. We did not find out until the unit was delivered. They didn’t “show” this at delivery we asked where they were and they couldn’t find them - and did nothing about it and offered nothing to make that right. On the service call I was handed something to screw on the sink for a washer hook up. I said I don’t have the knowledge or time to install and that doesn’t solve all of our issues with installing. Scott said no problem he would do that and put an exterior drier vent in when he came back in 2 weeks. That is not quite what I would consider denying the service. Scott said on his way back from the service call he was picking up another unit, so someone is being untruthful. At this time we were also promised a list of other things to make it up to us. We were ready to put the miscommunication aside and were thankful as we thought they were doing what they could to fix it. Turns out it was just to get away from us then they would go back on everything they said. My story and details have not changed once. Every time we have talked to Scott or Todd things seem to change. At the end of the day, Blue Fox RV’s actions and words do not align. Save the stress, anxiety and disappointment and shop elsewhere.

  Best RV Dealer in Logan, Utah – 5th Wheel Purchase My purchase of a 2015 Jayco Pinnacle 5th Wheel from Blue Fox RV in Logan, Utah was hands-down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, their communication, customer service, and attention to detail were excellent. I was searching for a used 5th Wheel RV, and Blue Fox RV exceeded my expectations at every step. They took my trade-in and worked with me on pricing, and between the trade, the discount on the Pinnacle, and the tax savings, the numbers came out to about what I would have gotten selling my RV on the open market—without any of the hassle. On top of that, the team inspected the Pinnacle from top to bottom, made all necessary repairs, and even added an item I requested in the middle of the deal. That’s true extra-mile customer service. I traveled 3 hours one way to buy from Blue Fox RV, and I’d do it again without hesitation. They are by far the best RV dealer in Logan, Utah for anyone looking at used RV sales, RV trade-ins, or RV service and repairs.   On june 28 I was loaded and ready to head to ColterBay for 9 days. When I went to close my slide the cable was jammed and would not close. I dove to all local dealers that were open on Saturday and no one would think about helping me. Called everyone i could find on facebook. Was about to give up on when I got Scott number and he said he would come to house shortly. He cam and had Todd deliver parts and had me fixed in 2 hours. Never had anyone treat me this good. 10 star service. THANKS so much.
