- JBJoshua BrooksNov 26, 20251.0It’s sad I would like to give a good review. However after having our suv trim broken while in the wash and the company not offering to help with the repairs. The manager was helpful and seam to do his best. Personally tunnels jack your clear coat and trim up! But they are convenient it’s nice to have a clean car. I now ceramic coat and hand wash my cars.

Had to call 3 different numbers to try to get a refund and still won’t refund me. Ended up filing a dispute with my credit union. Very dishonest. Update: I did call that number on 11/10/25 to ask for a refund, was told they would submit a “request” for a refund and would let me know what they decided. Still have heard a word.

We would always just get the one time wash every time we went but recently paid for a plan starting a few months ago. Since getting the plan the times I’ve gone and it’s been open and the times they’ve been closed for ‘maintenance’ are now equal. I don’t really know what I’m paying for since I’m paying monthly but have not been able to use the car wash a lot. Kinda paying for nothing at this point. We are thinking it’s more worth it to pay more to go elsewhere like quick quack that has multiple close locations and are almost always open than to pay a few bucks less for a car wash we can hardly ever use for how much it’s closed.
