- RRrick reynoldsDec 19, 20251.0Took my 2024 KZ Connect to them for some warranty work. Had them do a few repairs and a install of a couple of items. They had my unit for 3 months. Had to take it back to them to redo there work. Worked with the service manager this time. They had my unit for another two weeks. Went to pick it up, and my unit had some repairs that where actually made it worse. I took my unit with me and did the repairs myself. I retired from the service industry, and it i would have put out work like this. I would not have any customers.

- MDMyla Van DuynDec 6, 20251.0They let me leave with the trailer after inspections and all.. but then called me recently to let me know my parts were in for the warranty stuff. Turns out, the last final pipe for all of the waste is resting against the suspension. I noticed the twisted straps holding up the waste containers, but not that. :/ They definitely did not tell me that at the time (though we went over the instruction) or I would not have bothered taking it home. Anyway, I asked Frank to send me an email to include what he was now promising they’d do, which was to let me bring it back in the spring. But, he instead sent the email that I’m putting as a photo. There’s a reference to work order but I don’t have a copy of that. I guess they just really wanted me to take delivery. Honestly.. it’s a Coleman 13B so ~$10,000 was the sale and I was probably already going to violate the warranty by having to add the solar system (inverter and MPPT, plus solar panels). I wouldn’t work with them again., though Adam was nice and attentive, even though it was an extremely modest sale for him.
