- DIDiane IvanFeb 7, 20261.0The bathrooms downstairs were broken due to a pipe problem and i was directed upstairs to the employee bathrooms. they were filthy the floor was super gross and looked like it hadn’t been properly mopped in months. when coming out of the bathroom, i notified an older woman with shoulder length blonde hair and toilet paper wrapped around her head (who was holding a broom) that there wasn’t any toilet paper left in the stall i had used (because i had used the last of it) and she was incredibly rude to me. i will never be coming back here or giving any camping world my business. i have never in my life had such a disrespectful conversation with a janitor. they need to get new help there.
- CGCoreena GerhartFeb 3, 20261.0⭐ Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had I was promised “VIP treatment,” and what I got was the exact opposite. From the start, communication was terrible—especially with the finance manager. I was not kept informed about what was going on, and trying to get answers felt like pulling teeth. I specifically did a pre-approval application ahead of time to avoid issues, and it ended up not mattering at all. I made an appointment and was told the RVs would be warmed up and ready when I arrived. That did not happen. I toured the RVs by myself with no assistance. I had three trailers I wanted to see—one was in the shop, and the other two were outside with no power and not warmed up whatsoever. Completely unprepared and unprofessional. Customer service was awful, the finance team was even worse, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. When I do buy an RV, it absolutely will not be from here. Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
