I usually don't care much about a few hiccups, but after 8 calls - yes, 8 calls - over the last 2 years with various questions - from wanting to test a boat to selling a boat - I have never gotten a response. Not once. Every single time, they said they would call back - to schedule a demo or with a quote or more answers about some of my questions. And they never have. Just poor communication. :/

Great selection! Everyone I have always worked with has been awesome and friendly!! Can’t wait for the day we finally pull the trigger on a new Malibu!
- TCtyler clarkAug 5, 20251.0I haven't had the best experience(s) with Taylor's Boats and Draper. Whenever I have appointments, the boat still sits there for weeks. They'll give no updates while it's waiting there. I have to call and check on it personally. I have to go and make multiple trips to get it to be able to use it for the weekend, after waiting sometimes a month for the original appointment. Recently, I had a simple rear ballast issue where they claimed I needed to replace a pump which cost hundreds of dollars. Took it out in the lake the next day and it still didn't work. Told them that I felt like I just paid for a new pump, when I didn't really have to. They said that they have the "magical shop" where they assured me that they tested it before I picked it up. Now I had to go and pay for a second new part, which I'm assuming was the original issue in the first place.
