  Helping a friend who lived in Arizona find a 5th Wheel Toy Hauler, I found wane for him at XAMPING world. I connected with Leann and Isaac and they not only worked with me to show the RV, but also did a great job working with my friend. Because he lived in Arizona, he asked me to inspect the trailer, each visit I made to the dealership, Isaac went out of his way to accommodate my requests. His service was outstanding. My buddy arrived today and we picked up the trailer. Camping world took care of all his requests both of us are pleased with the final outcome of the purchase. Great Job Isaac and Leann

  Just purchased an RV through Camping World. Isaac and Luc in sales were an absolute pleasure to work with. Isaac’s energy was enjoyable and his no pressure approach made the whole experience wonderful. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for for our family. Luc was incredibly helpful with the final purchase price, getting us the best possible deal. Thanks Luc and Isaac!!

  My wife and I recently purchased a travel trailer from Camping World. We couldn't be happier! We visited several other RV dealers. Camping World not only had the largest inventory but was the only one to not pressure us to buy. And we got a great trade in value for our old trailer. Rob Ribar, our sales rep, was fantastic. He made sure to find out exactly what we were looking for, including our price range, and showed us the various options that met our criteria. He was not pushy and made sure to provide an answer to every question we had. He was very knowledgable and easy to work with. The parts department recommended which parts we would need to have to operate the trailer as efficiently as possible. The technician explained every part and function very thoroughly and was easy to understand. I recommend them highly!

  Issac Knox and Mike Naylor were the absolute best!! The entire team was just Incredibly amazing. I am at a loss for words on how grateful I am for absolutely the entire process of how these two great men and their team helped me and my family move into our van camper!! If there was any impediment, they found a way to get through it! If I could give them 100 stars, I would!!

  Where to begin? I have never been more disappointed in a choice than I am with my choice to buy a trailer from camping world. In the beginning everything seemed fine. They were nice, helpful, accommodating, great... then we bought our trailer. It was a used trailer. We looked at it smashed together with all their other trailers, literally couldn't open the door all the way. When we first looked at it it was dirty, no big deal, they said they would clean it and do a very thorough inspection... for $4,000. We talked them down to $2,000 this service and it seemed worth it. NOPE. The day we went to pick up our trailer was about 20 hours after we had walked in to Camping World for the first time. They assured us that they would have plenty of time to get everything done. Great! We pick it up, get home, take the kids out to see what we bought. While we are looking at it closer, in daylight, we see that it is still pretty dirty. Dirty enough that I was cleaning someone's urine off the seat of the toilet. We also notice the tub is cracked and there are 4 soft spots in the floor. So we call and talk to the nice people who sold us on all the protection plans that said we would easily get anything like that fixed if there were problems. YIKES! They gave us the "let us see what we can do" talk and we moved on. We had a planned camping trip scheduled for 4 days after our purchase. On our 1 1/2 drive down to the lake my husband noticed the side compartment door looked as if it was open. No big deal, we pull over to close it........ NOPE. A 6 foot section of the fiberglass has come off. Like absolutely gone, nowhere in sight. So, on the side of the highway we call camping world, again, protection plans... we then duct tape the crap out of what is left and head to our trip. I finally get a call back from CW that they cant do ANYTHING for us. They consider it a cosmetic problem.... there is wood showing on my trailer I've owned for 5 days and that's cosmetic?? We finish our trip and talk to them some more, they agree to pay the deductible if we make an insurance claim... fine. They also agree to fix our cracked tub as a sorry for the hassle. It needs to be fixed, sure, but it gets worse. We drop the trailer off and are assured that we will be back to camping in 3 weeks max. We were frustrated but didnt really have a choice. A week after drop off we get a call saying they needed to order something in so it was going to take a little longer to get it fixed. Understandable. At 5 weeks I call and get an answering machine. Leave a message.... NOTHING. at 7 weeks I call, message, nothing. I also send several emails just trying to get an update on when we can go camp again. Come 9 weeks and I'm SOO irritated! I just show up. At this point anyone we've talked to says we should get a lawyer. I'm not that person but at 9 weeks I was ready. I get there and demand to talk to someone. Finally get shown to my trailer and big shock, no one is working on it, parts of it are fixed but its not done yet. But I am guaranteed it will be done by next week. So at 10 1/2 weeks we finally get a call that it is done, but they won't fix the tub because the manager said they can't. Moral of the story, take your business somewhere else. I have never been so frustrated in my life!
