  Clegg in American Fork is my go to place for repairs on my vehicles. I have had three of my families vehicles worked on their and they have always been correct and fair!!!! I will keep going back for anything I can't do on my own. They do warranty all of their work without question. I am so happy with them!!!

  I had a lovely experience with Clegg Auto here in American fork. I’ve been in a few times for several internal repairs but this time it was a popped tire from road shrapnel, causing an entire snowball effect with my insurance. As you know insurance companies can be a great handful and most auto shops struggle to make things work when it comes to communicating with insurance. However the lovely people here at Clegg auto in American fork were more than helpful. Trevor, the man overseeing the work on my vehicle was super friendly and generously understanding and took away a lot of anxiety I have when it comes to dealing with Shops. He went above and beyond making sure that I was taken care of and he worked with my various tedious insurance agents to help things get processed asap. When I think about where I’ll get serviced next it won’t be anywhere other than here at Clegg Auto in American Fork!

  They were able to fit me in the day I called due to some cancellations, and they beat the price of another recommended shop by $300. Staff was very nice and professional. I'm more than satisfied with their work - problem solved.

  Cleggs auto is easily one of the best mechanic shops I’ve taken my car to EVER. Everyone who works there, from the front desk, to the techs in the back, are so honest and genuine. I always feel so taken care of whenever I come back for my car! I would highly recommend! Also, they have literally probably replaced EVERYTHING that you can think of in my old 2000 Corolla and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do so.

  Thorough, honest, and great to work with. Originally brought my car in for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. A quick oil change place told me that I had an oil leak and I should take it to the dealership for diagnostics. I did and was quoted ~$5000 for an invasive transfer case issue. Clegg suggested a thorough diagnostic, which involved steam cleaning and adding dye to the oil to trace it, all to be sure to identify exactly where the oil leak was coming from before committing to such a big procedure. They couldn’t find a leak. I drove it around for a week and took it back and there was still no evidence of a leak. Nor is there evidence of a leak on my driveway. Definitely worth the second opinion! For car maintenance that was appropriate at my car’s mileage, they took the time to educate me on mechanics and rationale and options and were very patient and kind with all of my questions. During all of these encounters, they were very prompt and responsive communicators. I will definitely be referring family and friends. Thanks Clegg!
