  If I could give 0/5 stars I would! Starter went out and we had my car towed to auto aces, spoke to the employee when we droped it off and stated that it was likely the starter. The car sat on the lot for 2 days before it was eventuality looked at. I was told that it was in fact the starter and was quoted 460 dollars to replace the starter. The starter on my car is visible and easy to get to. It would take less then an hour of work to replace. The price break down was 200 for the part 150 for one hour of service and 60 dollars for an inspection which does not come to 460. The starter for my car is available on rockauto for 80 dollars for a remanufactured starter. I called and spoke to the owner and the price was knocked down to 360 which is still extremely overpriced. They found that my back control arms were both rusted and broken. The shop reflused to fix them because if would require welding. And told me that if I went somewhere else they would likely charge me upwards of 2000 Dollars to fix the control arms. They tried multiple times to pressure me into junking my car. Got the starter fixed and took it to my regular mechanic who charged me 300 to fix my control arms. He also stated he believe the 360 for the starter in my vehicle was a huge rip off. I will not take my car to auto aces again! If you are a woman or are desperate (car can't start). They will try to take advantage of you. I was very disappointed by the price and the customer service!

  I wouldn’t recommend going here from personal experience, I went in to get my belt replaced in my car I picked it up I was almost home my car started giving a bunch of malfunctions and I had to bring it back, after they got done with it again I got it scanned at the O’Reillys next door and a bunch of random codes showed up that weren’t there before with my transmission etc, they told me they only touched my belt, I don’t believe they did considering my transmission sensor was loose and they told me something about my battery and my battery is located in my trunk…

  You bring your vehicle here with a problem and they fix everything but the problem!!! Then when you bring it back they want to charge you “MORE” for their mistake. Very unprofessional!!! We’ll never be back!!! Now I’m back at square one! I’m a single mom, struggling day to day and they screwed
