  I recently visited to get "sell" appraisal on our used Honda Odyssey EXL and was extremely impressed with the overall experience with vehicle acquisition manager Melanie Fox. Although I did not sell our van to Sheehy Infiniti (ended up selling to a friend), Melanie did an excellent job throughout appraisal and negotiation process. She worked diligently and Sheehy is lucky to have her. I strongly recommend this dealer for selling used car and make sure to get help from Melanie.

  My experience on Monday, April 27 was terrible. I arrived for my 1030 appointment at 10:14 and was told my 60,000 mile check up for which I had completed at least five of the issues on my previous visit would take two hours plus. At the three hour mark, I went to the service manager UB Hernandez and asked what the status was regarding my vehicle. I was told they were getting ready to wash my car. At the 3 1/2 hour mark my car finally arrived (2:30). As a VIP member and a long-standing Infiniti owner of more than 25 years I was appalled at the length of time it took to do approximately 5 to 6 items on my vehicle. I will never return to Chantilly of Infiniti due to their lack of inefficiency and lack of respect for customers time.

  I recently sold a car for my friend to Infiniti, and Melanie made the whole experience amazing. She was super helpful, fast, and really knew her stuff. Everything was handled smoothly. She’s definitely a standout and a big win for the business. If you get the chance to work with her, you’re in great hands!

  It was my first experience with Infiniti service center and I was pretty surprised by their fast and professional work. Chris, the service representative,was polite and helpful.

  These people are the worst you send your id n insurance info only for you to find out they sold it by getting an alert from carguru that it's been sold not even a decency akert call from sheehy .. I will never do business here and encourage you not to as well just another money hungry stealership ...
