  Strong Volkswagen absolutely deserves a 5-star review, and Mike in the service department deserves his own soundtrack. “Yo VIP, let’s kick it…” If your Volkswagen has a problem, Mike will “stop, collaborate and listen.” The guy is cool under pressure, actually hears what you’re saying, and works with you to get things fixed the right way. No runaround, no acting like you’re just another number walking through the door. Unlike a lot of service departments, Mike treats you like someone who actually matters. Professional, honest, easy to work with, and somehow keeps the whole process stress-free. “If there was a problem, yo, Mike solved it.” Highly recommend Strong Volkswagen and especially Mike in the service department. Ice Ice Baby approved.

  I left the dealership feeling 100% happy. Every question I had was answered. Every concern I had was broken down, and explained, thoroughly. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. I have not once of regret. Everything from my trade in, to my interest rate, and finally my new car was exactly what I wanted. It'll be a few years before I look at other cars, but I fully intend on doing business here again.

  We bought a 25 atlas nothing but lies. They told us the service department owned it. Turns out it was a rental. Only had 10k on it battery had been swapped out they did not want to warranty it. We had a vip program that we are supposed to get free washes paint repairs ext. Services are never avaliable. Scheduled service loaner cars are supposed to be available first come first serve. I was the first one there no loaner car. Continue to have issues with infotainment system and adaptive cruise control no fix with now 26k miles on vehicle. I am very unimpressed Mercedes and Acura were a totally different experience. Not very happy.

  I brought my new Tiguan to Strong Volkswagen for its first oil change, and while the visit seemed fine at first, things went downhill quickly. Just a couple thousand miles later, I got a low oil level warning. When I went back, the service rep told me turbo engines “burn oil” like it was no big deal, topped it off, and tried to play it down instead of taking accountability. There were no leaks or signs of damage, which makes me question whether the oil was properly filled in the first place. What really pushed this over the line is the lack of professionalism. I’ve called multiple times—calmly, no attitude, no swearing—just trying to get answers and peace of mind, and my calls keep getting disconnected. At this point, someone seriously needs to review who they’re hiring—especially the service advisors who interact with customers and the mechanics working on the vehicles. I don’t feel confident bringing my car back here, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend their service department based on this experience.

  Dooooo not give these people business!!! I will be posting my experience with these people on all platforms. I had a horrible experience trying to pick a car out(which is supposed to be a happy experience) my mother was helping me map it all out because my work hours, she sat there for several hours doing paper work when David was extremely pushy and disrespectful talking down on her daughter (me) . He made car shopping a horrible experience. When I called my mom he rudely got on my moms phone and started asking me questions and when I asked him if there is any work room for the price he rudely said “I’m done” and walked out of the room with my mom and said he would sell the car to someone else. People like this should not be working in cars. Not only that he then also continued to text my mom and harass her over text. We will not be stopping at a review. People like this do not need to be in the car industry, buying a car is supposed to be exciting and he quickly turned that into a horrible experience!!! When I also spoke with the sales manager all he kept saying was okay to me. These people have the worst customer service out there. Strongly recommend going to someone with great customer service like Ken garff. Shame on you David for being the worst sales person out there. Learn how to control your anger old man. I also will be posting you guys in all car groups and social medias . Do better !!!
