  While these guys are pretty knowledgeable, they're also insane price gougers. No idea how they thought selling me a part for $150 over what dealer price is was ok. I got another opinion from another shop and a job they quoted $650 for was able to be done for $400. Also, these guys "recommended" I have just about everything on my suspension replaced when I came in with a very specific job needing done, yes some parts are old, but old doesn't mean failed and doesn't always mean in need of replacement. Also, not sure what the hell happened in there but they ended up adding problems to my car that weren't there before, specifically brake related after they recommended I have both my pads and rotors done, in reality I only needed pads, the other shop I had it done by said there's a issue with my ABS pump now which 100% was not a problem before I took it here. Left this shop with the vibe that these guys are just trying to see how much is possible for them to get away with.

  I received excellent service at Jones Complete Car Care in Taylorsville. They were very timely and professional, they gave a very complete diagnosis of the problem with options, and were wonderful to work with.

  They are Fantastic! When my truck was towed to there shop they called to let me know it was there and that in the morning they would get right on it. The next day they called to let me know what the issue was and gave me a quote as to how much it would cost and later that day it was ready to pickup both Chester and Tyler that I talked with where very polite and informative I was very impressed with the price and work ethic. I would highly recommend this Auto Shop to anyone plus they are AAA ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE recommend!
