I’ve never personally purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but my wife bought an Infiniti from another Sewell dealership in Houston, and one of the great benefits Sewell offers is complimentary car washes for as long as you own the vehicle. Since Sewell has an Audi location in Sugar Land, we frequently come here for that service.
The process is very easy—you simply drive up into their covered area, let them know you’re there for a car wash, and they’ll take your phone number. Once the vehicle is ready, they’ll text you so you can walk out, get in your car, and leave.
One of the biggest highlights of this location is the waiting area. It’s very comfortable and modern, with free Wi-Fi, plenty of seating, and a high-top work table with outlets for charging a laptop or phone. They also offer complimentary drinks and snacks, including cookies, bottled water, soda, sparkling water, and a coffee machine with options like lattes and mochas.
The staff have always been extremely friendly and welcoming whenever we arrive. Car wash wait times vary depending on how busy they are, but we’ve never waited more than about 30 minutes, and often it’s much quicker.
One thing to note is that the car wash occasionally goes down for maintenance, so it’s a good idea to call ahead and confirm it’s operating before making the trip.
Overall, if you own a Sewell vehicle and are in the Sugar Land area, this is a very convenient and comfortable place to get a complimentary car wash.
We've purchased three Audis from this dealership and I can't say enough good things about them. They make each purchase an absolute joy. They're knowledgable, courteous and oh, so professional, not to mention that pricing is fair and completely transparent. They're not trying to pull a fast one on you anywhere. This team has bent over backwards to make each new purchase delightful. It doesn't end with the purchase either. The service quality is superb. Everything from complementary car washes to coffee, tea, cookies. The service department is deeply knowledgable in a technical sense. We've never gotten a poor explanation for a repair. There's no question that you become one of the family when you buy here. Robert, Diego, Geo, Frankie, Blake made our experience here extraordinary so that, really, when it came down to it we had no other choice but to buy here.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Audi Sugar Land, and especially with Mike Boyd and the entire service team.
From the moment I dropped off my Audi Q7, the level of professionalism, communication, transparency, and genuine customer care exceeded every expectation I had. Mike consistently kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, clearly explained the warranty situation, answered every question thoroughly, and handled everything with patience, empathy, and complete professionalism.
What truly set this experience apart was how seamless and stress-free the entire process became because of the team’s attention to detail and customer-first attitude. Audi Sugar Land provided a no-hassle loaner vehicle for the entire time my vehicle was in service, maintained excellent communication throughout, and completed the repairs exactly as discussed with no surprises.
I also want to recognize Roman and the technicians behind the scenes for the quality and thoroughness of their work. It was obvious that everyone involved genuinely cared about both the vehicle and the customer experience.
This was honestly one of the best dealership service experiences I have ever had at any brand. Audi Sugar Land earned my trust and my future business, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and professionalism.

As a first-time car buyer, I was initially unsure about where to begin. My boyfriend came across a Certified Pre-Owned e-tron on the Audi Sugar Land website and decided to visit the dealership. From the moment he arrived, he was warmly welcomed. He met with Lindsey, test-drove the car, and was immediately impressed. Between the e-tron’s exceptional features and Lindsey’s extensive knowledge of EVs, he felt confident this was the right fit for us.
He called me shortly after with such excitement that I started to feel this could be the right choice. When I later connected with Lindsey, that impression was confirmed. She made the entire car-buying process seamless and comfortable.
