  Have had this for the last 3-4 months and have probably only been able to go like 5 times. The reason I got this membership was because I live like 5 mins away. Then it went from 44 a month to 47, for a service I cannot use. If I wanted to drive to the next location which is like 10-15 mins away I would’ve kept my previous car wash service. I signed up just because it was this close. I went there today to cancel my membership, and Was just met with a rude employee. All he said Was, you can still go to the other locations. The other locations are still open. If I wanted to go to the other locations, I would’ve kept my previous memberships. I also found it kind of weird that even though this location is closed they still wanted to up my rate from $44-$47.

  Great service! My car looks brand new and the staff was super friendly. Definitely my new go-to spot in fort worth

  Just got my husband’s car set thanks to the lovely lady owner and Chris who came by to help my son put the vacuum back! This is a great place!

  Horrible customer service with this company. Signed up for a monthly membership with military discount so it had to be done online. Location frequently down for repairs so I wanted to cancel. Nobody at onsite locations can help. No phone number to speak to someone and can’t cancel online. Being charged everything month and have to keep disputing charges. TOTAL SCAM!
