  One of the employees that approached me asking about which service I needed he was smoking a cigarette right in front of me.there is a place and a break for smoking not in a business transaction..face to face 2 older gentleman had terrible attitude. I felt as though I was bothering them coming here i. Will not return to this location again.

  Workers were very unprofessional yelling and cussing at each other. On top of that it took them half an hour to do my oil change and there was no one in front of me. They didn’t ask what kind of oil I wanted and when I reviewed the checklist they’re supposed to complete on my receipt they claimed they checked/completed several things that I didn’t see them do.

  This place was amazing! The mechanics handled my car well and walked me through everything I needed done on my car. Came in for a quick oil change, but they found some issues on my vehicle and recommended I get some more work done on it. They showed me everything, talked it through with me and gave prices. Very kind and understanding the entire time. They found a likely costly problem with my brakes had I not taken my car in earlier. Quick service time. 10/10 would recommend.

  I went in to get an emissions test for my vehicle registration. After waiting inside shortly for the results, someone came in and brought me to the car to show me something. They told me they thought I should replace all of my tires and get a fluids service, and when I told them I didn't want that today, they told me that I wouldn't pass my inspection. I asked to clarify that they were telling me that my tires and coolant would lead to a failed emissions test and they said not emissions, but that the state, when they receive all the information together, would fail me. Then when I doubled down to confirm that they are saying that I was going to fail the emissions test (the only thing needed to renew registration) they said no, but repeated that the other stuff would still cause a failure somehow when I tried to renew the registration. When I then repeated that I didn't want anything other than what was required, the guy got really angry and told the other guy running the test to put everything in the notes, make sure it is all in there so the state sees that the other issues are present when they get the test. Then when he brought the printed test in, the cashier asked what he was being handed because it wasn't the simple emissions test I came in for. They had to rerun it and it was a pass, but ultimately wasted my time and made the experience significantly worse when I simply tried to get the thing I came in for. Tl;dr If you just want a straightforward, specific service, I would not recommend coming here.

  Came in for a state inspection. They would not do the emissions test unless I would purchase 4 new tires from them. Even though the state of Texas ended the safety inspection. After I left I even went on the department of public safety website to double check myself. It said safety inspection is not longer required for personally owned vehicles. I would give negative stars if possible. I would never get any maintenance done here in the future.
