  One of the most painless dealership experiences I have had. Professional staff, paperwork and delivery took less than two hours. Few small hiccups otherwise would rate a 5. Would buy from them again.

  We had a great experience with Audi McKinney and Hennie in particular. He took the time to show us various options even though what we wanted was not on the lot. After we left he kept us updated on finding the right package and color and had it onsite in under two weeks. 10/10, will go back.

  I had a very nice experience with the service people at Audi McKinney! They were courteous and well informed. The dealership presents an impeccable look. All folks are crisply dressed up. It looks like as if I’ve walked into a high end bank! Well done Audi McKinney!

  I have purchased two brand new Audis from Audi Plano, so I have a strong basis for comparison when it comes to both sales and service experiences. After my brand new 2025 Audi S5 broke down twice within the first 30 days of ownership, I became frustrated with the customer service at Audi Plano. A colleague suggested I try Audi McKinney for better service, and the difference was immediately striking. From the moment I arrived to McKinney, the level of professionalism stood out. I will start with saying that it was the first time I experienced what a true premium ownership experience should feel like, one that genuinely aligns with the level of luxury of the Audi brand. The team was polished in their appearances, attentive, and genuinely service oriented. As soon as I pulled into the service bay, I was promptly greeted by my name and treated to a true valet experience. That initial impression carried through every interaction. I was consistently treated with respect, and each conversation was focused on solutions rather than inconvenience. When a brand new luxury vehicle requires multiple service visits, frustration is expected. What sets a dealership apart is how they respond, and Audi McKinney handled everything with care and intention. That level of care is what compelled me to write this review. A special thank you to Jacob, who ensured my vehicle was handled efficiently and that I was fully supported throughout the entire process, including arranging a loaner vehicle for me. His attention to detail, superior communication and listening skills, and his follow through made all the difference. Although I have always purchased my vehicles from Audi Plano, the exceptional service I received at Audi McKinney has completely shifted my loyalty. Moving forward, Audi McKinney will have all of my business.

  Great experience at Audi McKinney. Jon was super easy to work with and kept everything simple and straightforward. The whole service visit was quick, convenient, and honestly stress-free. Communication was solid, and everything got taken care of without any runaround. You can tell they respect your time and make the process easy from start to finish. Definitely recommend if you want fast, reliable service without the hassle.
