    This 5-star review is for Jared Warren. If you want someone who will truly work for your deal, ask for him. After previous visits with little customer service, Jared completely changed my experience. He was attentive, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I upgraded my C300 and got exactly what I wanted. The purchase process took less than an hour, my vehicle was ready to go, and everything was handled electronically with ease. I purchased because of Jared and his dedication alone. Thank you Jared and Brian!

    Working with Jackson was such a great experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the vehicle and made the entire experience feel smooth and enjoyable.     My name is Carla ( using husband log in šŸ˜†) This is long BUT worth your time to READ! I had to write this review for the outstanding service I received from the service department! So, I bought my car from Sewell my salesperson was Taylor, he did a magnificent job. But this review is about Keith in the service department. So I have always had this thing about not servicing my car from the place I bought it from. My culture taught me that when you do, the dealership will continue to rip you off on unnecessary repair charges thus keeping their hands in your pocket. I was taught they will Jimmy up your car so you have to keep coming back. Against culture my car needed servicing I had a neighbor look under the hood and reset the repair indicator I thought well, I’ve had the car since 2024 and barely put 3k miles on the car so I definitely don’t need any service right now. Then I finally drove the car and several warning lights came on the dashboard. Against culture and what I thought was my better judgment, I set a service appointment through the app. From that point on… my appointment was able to be added to my calendar and Keith reached out to me by text Message thanking me for using them to Service my car. I’m thinking šŸ¤” hmmm. When I arrived at Sewell, I was greeted in the service department, treated so nice, and introduced to Keith. He asked me what brought me in, I exclaimed he assured me he would make sure my car was looked over well and take great care of it! I’m thinking to myself okay my management position was just cut on my job so I need to let this dude know I have a slim Budget right now. He smiled and said ā€œ I totally understandā€. We will handle everything. He asked if I needed a loaner car? I’m thinking I have to sit at the dealership all Morning and planned accordingly and brought my homework along with me as I’m finishing a degree program. I jumped at the opportunity to run errands and go back home to study. That process of obtaining a loaner was seamless. The loaner was absolutely beautiful! Like a new car! Once I drove off the lot, I received another text from Keith they were servicing my car, then another text with a video attached of the mechanic recommendations, and what they found which was still Covered under warranty. I’m thinking whew! Then another text with the total charges in maintenance cost.. which wasn’t too bad! I approved the charges for maintenance before I left. But here is where it get better, Keith text me within the hour letting me know my car was ready and what time they can expect me? Once there I cashed out with the cashier, filled out a quick survey card about my experience, I’m thinking šŸ¤” wow! This is NOT what I was expecting! They drove my car to the Bay Area and first thing I noticed was they washed and vacuum it! And cleaned the inside! Now here is where they wowed me…not only was every encounter with every employee was absolutely amazing, the process not to bad, the service very proficient, everyone working in unison, then the next day Keith reached out me again to check on me and make sure the car was to my satisfaction and making sure he’s available for anything else I need! Now I will say from the time I purchased my car from Sewell I realize these people don’t see their customers as cattle! šŸ„ from my first interaction with Sewell they treat their customers like family! I will say all my culture and pre-conceive notions I came with? Went totally out the window! šŸŖŸā€¦ā€¦ I totally commend whoever created the culture here!!!! I’m seeing it from a customer perspective but this place has raised the bar for what company I will eventually work for! Once again Sewell, thank you for the standards that you set that is apparent and appreciated! I totally recommend to purchase here, and definitely recommend to service your car here! I have 3 words to describe this place… OH MY GOSH!

    I got nail on tire and also checkup time for oil and fluid.. they offered me loaner car without prior appointment. And it took only 10minutes while I was talking to my customer over the phone. This is service even I pay a little more money.. how about my gv80 service for 30000 $ more expensive car. I hav to wait out there and offered me ride instead of loaner as I did not have prior appointment.. do you have a schedule get nail on the street? What do you think?

    I had a terrible experience at my local Mercedes-Benz dealership. I went in to get a tire issue looked at and they didn’t even properly check it. Right away they started telling me my warranty wouldn’t cover it without actually inspecting anything. What really bothered me was the attitude. The staff were laughing with each other and looking at my car like it was a joke. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. When you’re paying luxury prices you expect better service, not to be brushed off like that. It honestly feels like you’re paying thousands extra just for the name and not real service. I ended up going to Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land and the experience was completely different. They took care of my issue right away, treated me with respect, and handled everything the way it should have been done from the start.
