Building relationships, not selling vehicles, is our first priority, and it has been for more than a century. "Customers for Life" - that is our aim. Generations of customers have bought their vehicles from our dealerships. The secret is in how we treat others, and each other. We proudly offer complimentary loan cars, complimentary car washes, and technology consultations
The easiest most transparent experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Came from out of town, had no surprises, and was in and out in less than an hour.
Worked with Aaron Quarles and he was 10/10. Highly recommend!

I’d personally stay away from their vehicles. My family have been Audi customers for over 15 years and we traded our 18 Q5 for a CPO 21 Q8. Their “flagship” models water pump started leaking not too long after our warranty expired (look up “planned obsolescence”). $13,000 bill to replace water pump, thermostat, vacuum lines (part of the bill did include new tires which at ~$600 PER tire is honestly ridiculous itself). Good luck getting corporate to help at all. You’d think for a luxury brand especially the “flagship” SUV model they’d build them decently but no, gotta fall apart at the right time so the customer gets screwed with the bill. Times are tough and can’t even afford an independent shop to repair it (quoted ~$5,000 in hopes the vacuum lines haven’t been contaminated which would increase it significantly).

Audi North Houston,
I am writing to formally document a complaint and request immediate resolution regarding the recent service performed on my 2015 Audi Q7 TDI (Prestige, approximately 96,000 miles), which has been exclusively serviced at your dealership for the past nine years. I brought this Audi to this dealership for a coolant leak and paid over $5,000 for the repair.
An immediate onset of a significant engine problems occurred (engine missing, running on 2-3 cylinders) within one mile of driving it off their driveway. This strongly suggests a connection to the work performed. There were absolutely no engine lights or engine issues when first brought in for the coolant leak repair.
The car was returned to me in a materially worse condition than when it was delivered to this service department and remained in their shop for an additional 3 weeks.
During this period we have received multiple inconsistent and evolving diagnoses. The explanations provided have changed several times, which raises concerns about whether a clear root cause has been identified. I have not received a clear analysis explaining the failure and how it relates—or does not relate—to the original repair.
Throughout this period we called multiple times, never getting a person, always having to leave a message. I received very minimal and vague text messages but no calls to discuss. On the day I arrived to pick up the car of course no service manager was present to discuss or clarify all of these issues. I expressed my frustration at the payment counter letting them know this how your dealership treats customers with 10 year old Audi’s. She assured me that was not true. I payed an additional $2,000 for their repair of fuel injectors and replacement of the water pump. Which for the original coolant leak repair, should have been reviewed in the beginning. But was overlooked by their repair technicians. Additionally, injectors should have been checked at previous service visits, this seems to also have been overlooked by their technicians as well.
The day after picking up my car a service manager called to check in. He did in fact tell me that my car was old and the issues that occurred while in their shop could have happened anytime.
For my 9 year relationship with this dealership and the premium price I have payed, I expected exceptional service and quality repair. I absolutely did not receive or experience either.
Since my car was returned to me in worse condition than when I initially took it in, I can no longer trust the integrity of this dealership. They simply didn’t want to perform repairs on a 10 year old vehicle. They didn’t prioritize quality service. They chose to be dishonest and in the end, just wanted my money.

Hugo was absolutely amazing to work with throughout my car search. Even though I was based in Austin, Texas, he went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the right car.
Ultimately, I decided to purchase in Austin due to the deal and the distance to Houston, but that decision had nothing to do with Hugo’s effort or service. He made the entire process smooth, stayed patient, and was always willing to answer my questions.
If I’m ever in Houston and in the market for a car, Hugo will be the only person I reach out to. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who truly cares and goes the extra mile!

Overall, this location provided an upscale environment.
However, they did not keep up with their promises. The pickup time was delayed, and I had to wait an extra 2 days to get my car that I purchased. A month later, I had to call about my 2nd set of key and had to wait 3 extra weeks and no one reached out to update. I had to call twice at different times just to get an answer which was extremely frustrating. Such a company as Audi, professionalism is crucial such keeping their promises as presented to all first timers. As a young professional, who will be purchasing many cars in the future, this experience has made me second guess if I really want to continue with Audi or even recommending to anyone else.
