I got a fantastic service at BMW of Grapevine Service Department. I got stranded on my way to work, due to a ruptured coolant hose and towed the car later that day to BMW of Grapevine Service Department. Erin, quickly greeted me and I explained to her what had happened. I told her, I also had an extended warranty on my car and she said, the technician would take a look at my car and let me know what needed to be replaced. Turned out, it was more than one part that needed to be replaced and Erin informed me, she’d reach out to the car’s extended warranty company to see what they’d cover. She kept me up to date all throughout the repairs, as well as what the car’s extended warranty would cover on the repairs. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car, about two hours prior to picking it up, I got a flat tire on the loaner I had, and they immediately dispatched a Lyft driver to take me home and then, to the dealership when the car would be ready. The first two Lyft drivers couldn’t locate me, but the third did, and took me to the dealership, as the car was ready for me to pick up. Erin explained the work that was done on my car very clearly. I thanked her for her outstanding service, and left thoroughly happy in my BIMMER. I’m nothing, but genuinely appreciative for the excellent service everyone provided me with. Thank you very much, y’all.

I made an appointment yesterday to drop my car off this morning at 9 AM. Requested a Loaner due to my car, making a weird noise and I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it so I didn’t know how long they were gonna need my car. Alie was my service advisor. She was very nice and friendly.. Turns out the previous place that did my brake pads put aftermarket parts on, and although I did not get the recommended treatment advised, (because it was double the price) I do appreciate their attentiveness, the detailed videos from the service mechanic showing me what was wrong with my vehicle, As well as providing me a loaner car for the afternoon. Peace of mind was worth paying the $286 to have the diagnostic testing done.

While my original review of this place was a 1 star, I can now change it to a 5 thanks to Hayes Binkley, Service Advisor, and Garrett (manager). I won’t list the details of my negative experience because these 2 gentleman went above and beyond their call of duty to make it right and give me the SEWELL EXPERIENCE they live by. They know the true meaning of customer service and Hayes works miracles in my eyes. So if you’rr looking for outstanding customer service and service with a smile, ask for Hayes as your Service Advisor!
BUYER BEWARE, AVOID THIS SERVIVE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS!!
Two stories. 1st, wife sideswipes a curb at about 30 mph, passenger front wheel was leaning in, so she drives it to the service department. 1st estimate about $700 in repairs. Week later get a new estimate of close to $9000. Insurance totals the car, won't let us get a 2nd opinion.
So buy a new to us 2024 430i from a local dealer. 3 weeks go by, get an alarm for rear breaks. She takes it to Sewell service department, she say $800 for rear brake pads, close to $1400 for pads and rotors. Now this car only has 30,000 miles, so don't believe it, pick car up, take home. Jack it up, find the sensor destroyed. $40 part.
So these people are nothing but crooks looking to screw people and make money!! Will never recommend this dealership due to this kind of crooked service.
