  My 2nd time buying a car here and there’s a good reason for that - nothing but great service each time. Juneilee helped me the 2nd time and made things very easy. Jared in financial also really excellent. Even though I don’t live in south Houston, I don’t mind coming down here. Plus I was ignored at Land Rover Central Houston. This location is much, much better!

  I had an amazing experience at this location. I knew I would be in good hands the moment I spoke with Elizabeth G. She was extremely hands on. I called to inquire about a car I saw online and she immediately found the car, scheduled for me to come in and immediately sent me photos and videos of the car. She was detailed in explaining the features and had a great attitude. She made sure to get the deal done for me that same day and wanted to ensure I was happy every step of the way.

  I got a call from Reshma letting me know that the truck I wanted was available. I went in and she was so wonderful the entire time. She was helpful, polite, and genuine. She even laughed at all of my terrible jokes and listened to all my stories about life with my wife. I didn't feel like a customer. I felt like I was visiting a friend. Jerrod (I have likely misspelled his name) was also great and laughed with me about the antics of my bird. The entire experience, and yes I do mean experience, was stress free, and fun. Can you call a visit to car dealership fun? Well, if not, then maybe you should go see Reshma and Jerrod (again, likely butchering that nice man's name) at Land Rover in Friendswood. Not only will you not regret it, you will leave, probably in your dream car, feeling valued, and smiling widely enough that you may need stitches. Ask for Reshma Koirala, and tell her the old guy in the new hat sent you.

  Reshma at Land Rover was amazing, truly a 10-star experience. From the start, she made everything easy and stress-free. She listened to what we wanted, explained things clearly, and never made us feel pressured. She’s kind, honest, and very professional. You can tell she really cares about helping people, not just making a sale. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our car. Jared also assisted with financing and was equally as personable and amazing. It’s hard to find a team like that. If you’re buying a car, ask for Reshma you won’t regret it. 10/10 experience!
