  I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle from Sewell Land Rover. Boerne. The entire process with my sales consultant, Kevin Hill, was friendly, efficient, and transparent. I especially appreciated that there was no separate finance team — everything was handled by Kevin, which made the experience faster and far more pleasant. Kevin’s professionalism, patience and genuine customer focus made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s clear that Sewell operates at a much higher standard than the previous ownership, which often felt uncomfortable and pushy. Sewell has truly elevated the experience, and I highly recommend them and Kevin for anyone looking for a smooth, professional car‑buying process.

  Even though I did not buy from them they treated me as if I had. Purchased a vehicle from Sewell Plano and had it transported to LR Boerne for delivery and the GM of all people came out, walked the car with me and made sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Did not just hand me the keys and send me on my way like I expected. Very friendly and caring. Says a lot about who is running this dealership now.

  I don’t think it’s possible to get better service anywhere!! We brought our buggy into service and had three men walk out to greet us. The two porters moved everything from our vehicle to the loaner vehicle, walked us in and sat us down. Within minutes we were done and headed out. About 2 hours later we get a video from a service technician doing a walk under our car. Told us what he was looking for, what he’s found so far and aprox how long it would take. I just can’t explain how nice this was in a world where customer service struggles, Sewell Land Rover knocks it out of the park!!! 6 out of 5 stars!!!
