His white-haired colleague, I don't recall his name. Was gracious, funny, and cheerful. Ever so proud to show me the before and after function of the air conditioner after the filter change. Good team. And fast. Thank you.

- AOAshley OjedaFeb 28, 20262.0I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube for years, but this visit was enough to make me reconsider. I went in for a standard oil change, left my keys in the car, and waited inside like usual. The employee with the long beard came in on his phone, didn’t acknowledge me at first, and when he finally did, it felt like I was interrupting him. He mumbled something about there being a wait but offered no real information. When I asked for a rough estimate — even just a ballpark — he gave vague, half-hearted answers and acted irritated that I was asking. Instead of taking ownership, he told me to “ask the guy outside" and dismissed me. When I went outside, the older guy (who has ALWAYS been amazing) told me I needed to speak with the guy inside — and I told him beard guy sent me to him. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because the old guy has always been friendly and helpful and a younger employee took the 30 seconds to clearly explain the delay and expected wait time. That’s all I wanted. I'm not even mad there was going to be a wait, I enjoy the quiet alone time. I went straight to Take 5 Oil Change after this experience.

Just a poor experience the very 1st time at Jiffy Lube. I know that I will never go back nor recommend this Jiffy Lube. The 2 techs just seemed to be existing and not happy. One of them changed his attitude after what seems like the boss arrived.
