- FMFaith MarieApr 24, 20261.0I was scammed here. They shorted my car by about 1.5 quarts of oil, and shortly after, my car started having issues. It turns out the oil wasn’t filled properly. I checked this week my self. On top of that, I was charged $166.11 for a basic 2016 Honda Civic oil change. I they also did not update the oil life in my car. They also showed me a knob that stink and was dirty, I was told it would be $179 to replace this knob. I passed on the offer. I just put more oil in my car since they shorted me and the knob is completely clean. I really think they are running some kind of scam to up charge. Here . I will not be returning. Update this week my car still continues to have issues this location really messed up my only car that I have unacceptable Update: I’ve emailed both customer care & customer service and flagged the email as high importance yet no one has responded. @jiffy lube would you like to pay for my car yall messed up.? Because now I have to take it into a Honda dealership Update we have tried to call y’all many times today. Exactly 6 times and each time ignored. Update: I’ve emailed both customer care and support finally heard back from one and I was told it would take another 3 days for a response. All yall are doing is a run around and yall will not get away with it as yall have severely messed up my ONLY working car!! My car is not even drivable to work this morning. Crooks!
