  I had a disappointing experience at this Honda dealership. After I found car I was interested in, the manager gave me the price and immediately said there was absolutely no room for negotiation. Since I wasn’t fully prepared and wanted to do more research on the vehicle before making a decision, I told them I would go home, look into pricing, and call the salesperson back with an offer. As soon as the manager heard that, he took back all the paperwork and refused to even give me a copy of the price sheet. It honestly felt like they lost interest in doing business with me the moment I didn’t agree on the spot. Buying a car is a big decision, and customers should be allowed time to research and compare prices without being pressured. Very unprofessional experience. after owner response: My concern was never whether a price was discussed. The issue was the sudden change in attitude once I said I wanted time to research and compare before making a decision. If the pricing was truly straightforward and transparent, then why was I not allowed to keep a copy of the price sheet after I said I wanted to think about it? Buying a car is a major financial decision, and customers should not feel pressured to commit immediately just to receive basic pricing information. That was the disappointing part of the experience.

  Bernice B. greeted me with a smile! Through the journey she answered all my questions and made it easy! I love Nova (My HRV). Bernice made us at ease that one week later, she helped my husband find Rhonda (his new Honda Ridgeline)! We love being apart of the Honda family!

  Juct purchased a Honda Pilot Sport at MotorWorld. Faran Khan handled the sale to us. He was fantastic. Not pushy. Knows all Honda models well. Easy to work with. This Pilot is my third. Excellant, durable car. Lots of new features that can be a bit overwhelming to a non-tech driver like me, but I got a great education from Faran.
