  I tried to get there help with the radio i got out at harrys I didnt have the vin for the old car no help said they need the vin old car and you dont need it if you dont have it you only need the radio serial number well I paid 19 buck on a website and got the code and it works now this place is trash people are no help dont even buy a car from there too probably be the same help worthless workers

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but these guys absolutely earned this one-star rating. I brought my Jeep in back in January for a steering gearbox replacement and an alignment. They quoted me $350 for the job, but when I came to pick it up, I was hit with a $750 bill. When I pointed out the original $350 quote, they acted like it was no big deal. On top of that, the so-called “alignment” was ridiculous — the steering wheel sat crooked at the 9 o’clock position when the wheels were straight. To make matters worse, they originally told me I could pick up my car by 5:00 PM. I showed up at 4:30 only to find the entire building empty — not a single person was there. A couple months later, I took the Jeep to my trusted mechanic (which I should have done from the beginning). He discovered that they had stripped the threading in one of the bolt sockets for my front skid plate. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone. Don’t bother responding with your generic “please contact us to resolve the issue” message. Maybe fix the issues at your facility instead.
