  Awesome experience. Went for a test drive, and walked away with my new vehicle. Gabe was awesome to work with - flexible with scheduling/communication, knowledgable about the car, etc. Highly recommend!

  Ok so im not sure where to begin…there was so many unfortunate events but ill start at the top. Went in one day just to look had 0 intentions buying a mercedes i had a 21” type r that i bought from them 2 years ago prior to 2023 at this dealership. I go in they feed me all these lies and bs just to hype up the car and deal when in reality i should have walked out but anyway here we are. First problem A month into my car while i was driving with 3 friends to golf i went over a construction site at 25mph and it bubbled my both front tires and bent both rims.. i didnt purchase tire and rim pckg i purchased the maintenance package which also is a scam i paid for 3 years services when the first year you dont need it serviced but anyway we continue. Had to put a insurance claim in because whos paying 1560 a rim a month into new car, had to be special ordered from amg germany . Anywho got it fixed meanwhile im in a cla everytime my car needs work in this story. I paid 76k for them to put me in a 40k cla. A month or two after getting my car back im going to play golf again i randomly have no power this car is brand new. I take it to motorworld they say we need a private tech from germany to talk to us. They said they never talk to amg techs in germany at a amg dealership….the guy comes back clear codes drive it 50 miles and report back to me the error messages. Meanwhile the workers said that the service tech will take it to his gf house and back which is 50 miles i said to them i dont want someone random kid taking my car home but i dont want to be liable for it but if this is what mercedes wants then ill do it … this is where it gets nuts… the service tech then takes my car to his gfs house meanwhile my father was renting a condo the same complex as his gf we had no idea at the time… i check the location of my car when i see he gets to wherever hes going and i send it to my dad saying hey this car is by you haha. Its almost like god wanted us to see this …very coincidental, but he pulls into the same complex the same side and parks it . My dad just watches out window. And all of a sudden the gf comes out he opens passanger side car door and gets her in. My dad then immediately took pictures because thats not what was told to go then take my car for dinner with your women.. my dad then went outside to go around the car to make sure it was my license plate as the kid continues to get in my car. My dad looks and says absolutely not get out this is my sons new car your not taking your girlfriend to dinner. The kid was like no i have to drive it blah blah blah. My dad who is a retired sergeant saiid you had instructions to drive it here and back not to go and take your girlfriend to dinner in. The next morning my car got started very early and he brought it back. And told them up there to have me thrown off the property for my father yelling granit my dads name is the co signer hes on the car…. So mercedes wilks barre called and said we want your car off the property we wont do sedvice here etc… my dad drove as soon as we got message from 40 min away to have us in the managers office with honda and toyota managers showing them photos of there service tech and his gf in my car.. they go even for a toyota sir thats unacceptable… they ended up doing nothing and saying the kid is real good there … there short on help they cant fire him lol….meanwhile im still in a cla ………………. I called 3 times can i please get something atleast a c class for how much im paying in car payment and insurance we have nothing and the better stuff is for our clients that have higher cars … ok ….. Second problem… i had a plastic piece that was hanging off back car door jam inside of the door, they take it to be fixed gave me the car back and it was not put on flush and right i told them after service said next time you bring it in will fix it and never did.   ⚠️ READ THIS BEFORE YOU SET FOOT IN HERE ⚠️ I already know exactly what the garage is going to say: Predictable. You’re going to claim the inspection was necessary and the charges were justified. I brought my 2015 Sprinter 2500 in for a broken belt. I asked for a belt replacement, nothing more. Estimate received: $2,619 to replace the belt and the alternator. They claimed it was a 6-hour job. I decided to check it myself. The alternator is perfectly fine — nothing wrong with it. I bought a belt for $60 and changed it in 40 minutes in the Walmart parking lot. Actual cost: $60 and 40 minutes. Their estimate: $2,619. You had one chance to do right by a customer in need — and you chose to rob him instead. That says everything about who you are. I don’t need to exaggerate anything. The facts alone are enough to make sure no one trusts you again. Sleep well.

  Look at all the 1.star reviews lol, very much earned. The Karens are now managers. the service advisors dont advise, NONE of them have worked on cars in their life. Then when you explain what happened and how to go about doing the work, or correcting work orders, she gets mad and denies me of service. Jamie is her name. I have records to show she juat flies off the handle. Women like her always hate "mansplaining", I guess. Because its not like she can work on a car by herself. I doubt the services advisors or techs know what battery is! And as always management sides with management. Give us money and go away. Also $7200 for an oil pan and an axle. On a 2015 c300 worth 4000. Lol what a joke of a dealership.

  Sales lied about vehicle. First set of tires 6800 miles and they made us pay. We were told 40000 mile warranty but due to different wheels vs front and back you can only rotate side to side so warranty is half! New rear tires were rotated and 9000 on this set with 11000 miles left of warranty and we still have to pay towards warranty. Tire company said its a dealer problem since they purchased. Never will buy a vehicle here again. There also multiple other issues with vehicle under 7000 miles. Very unsafe vehicle with tires wearing off.
