A mistake was made during a routine inspection but once the concern was brought up, the owner was quick to correct it at no additional charge. My family has been coming to this shop long before the ownership change and it is refreshing to see the new owner is holding the same standards and has the same respect for his customers. It is clear customer retention is important to him. Mistakes happen everywhere and I truly appreciate how this was handled. I would still recommend them if you are in the area.
