  Very disappointed with how I was verbally treated by the branch manager. The experience was unnecessarily difficult and disrespectful.

  Mackenzie and company are extremely professional and always made me feel welcome as a customer. Cars are always impeccably clean and if there is ever an issue, they work hard to rectify it. I have rented from this location multiple times a year for over 3 years now and have not had 1 issue beyond needing to clean something very minor and hard to spot on 1 occasion that they quickly cleaned. Their customer service is on par with how US companies used to be in the 80’s and early 90’s with actual people, rather than AI bots, that you can reach out to in a US location with impeccable customer service. This level of service is almost nonexistent nowadays. Mackenzie is an incredible manager and enterprise should give her a raise.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I accidentally left my AirPods in the rental car when I returned it. The issue is that the car was already back in their possession, and I contacted them shortly after. Despite this, they claimed they “couldn’t find them.” This is extremely frustrating because the AirPods were definitely left in the vehicle, and once the car is returned, it becomes the company’s responsibility to properly check and secure any lost items. It feels like my property was either mishandled or not taken seriously at all. What makes this worse is the lack of accountability and follow-up. I expected better customer service and honesty from a company of this size. I would strongly advise others to double-check everything before returning a vehicle, because if you forget something, don’t expect much help getting it back. Very disappointed.
