    I recently had to take my 2016 jeep to the body shop for some accident repairs. My jeep was there for over a month, which isn't unexpected or the problem. As the time went on, the tech who was working on the jeep, came to the conclusion that the insurance company demanded the whole frame to be replaced with a new one because the crumple zones on the front were un- obtainable or the cost to just replace that portion was not ergonomically enough to justify not just replacing the entire frame. Again, not an issue with me. As the tech had the jeep in his possession, I was informed that he test drove my jeep on 3 different occasions and found nothing else wrong with my jeep, post frame replacement. Now with this being said, they reached out to me to tell me that the jeep was ready for pick up early this week. But, he also decided to inform me on the day of pick up that a brake line needs replaced and proceeded to give me the low down on cost, labor ect. Now, this jeep didn't have any brake issues, or pulling when braking issues before I brought it to their body shop, even after the wreck, and the jeep had been test driven 2 times prior to the last discussion when they informed me about it. Sounds a little fish to me. Lets fast forward to today, Friday. I go to pay my deductible and we go over the jeep, paper work and the discussion again about the brake hose and pulling while braking and they confirm with me again what I described above. Now towards the end. I go to park my jeep in a parking spot so we can pick up later, and I notice the (ABS) light on. Also another issue that was not an issue until after everything was done. No dash lights or brake issues before I took it to them, not there are issues that are apparently not related to the accident? Fishy again. So if they weren't a problem before I took the jeep there, and it was determined that the 2 issues weren't a result of the wreck enough to have insurance fix the issues, then how did the 2 become problems? If this were any more fishy, it would smell as bad as the fish section at jungle Jim's. So, for this i will be giving a fat 1, just because I can't give a fat ZERO! Now, do I blame the mechanic? No. I blame Jeff wyler as a whole.

    IMPRESSIVE customer service ! We had someone open their door into our new Telluride. Now thanks to Troy , you can’t even tell! Jeff Wyler got us in the next day and it was like new. Joe and Kristen were professional and kind and the repair was so reasonable. The muffins and coffee were unexpected. Thank you for treating us like royalty. Jeff Wyler should be proud. We will refer all our family and friends.

    We didn't end up using this service because they're unresponsive. Our truck was hit & we took it to this shop to get an estimate for the insurance company & it took 3 minutes of the man, Scott, to tell my husband to send him the estimate the insurance drew up for him to review & to get in for a new estimate. My husband emailed him twice and I waited 2 and half weeks for a response before calling to check a status and spoke with Scott who said he never received the emails my husband sent so I forwarded the emails to him and waited an additional week and got no response.
