  This is the second time I have brought my tacoma to vans and they have been amazing both times. They really checked everything they could before giving me the official diagnosis and letting me know what the next steps were to get it taken care of. I really appreciate the text link that shows everything they found that needs to be fixed and what they see as getting worn down. I will definitely be coming back to them for work and will recommend them to all my friends

  Very helpful and curtious staff had the tires I needed in stock, got same day appointment installation was very professional actually used a torque wrench on the lugg nuts. Found two bent rims that others missed, when I had my tires balanced do to a vibration.

  I’m very satisfied with the service. They worked fast, clean, and very professionally. They explained everything in detail during the tire service and made me feel confident. The best part is that even though they completed the job very quickly, they didn’t charge me anything and helped me for free. That was a really kind gesture. This is not just good value for money, but a service truly focused on customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend them.

  From the very start I was treated like a human. Customer Service is a computer AI they never feeling. I have emotions 💓 4 others. Picked up my car as it was towed immediately after being service by a collision center. They treated me ill once they got my car and now my car on the decline but they have nothing to do wit it and didnt take the time. Enough about them, My experience with Vans Auto gives me faith in human kindness again. The face that matched the voice over the phone ignited my heart. His name? JORDAN. Helped me patiently over the phone, I can be a bit of a pest I worry. Jordan offered a different perspective let us help. Oh I was saying he helped me with getting financed or be able to make payments. I didn't know how I was gon make it happen. I had ps out 500 for deductable. Jordan made a way, shared their resources and showed me how to complete app over phone I've been resisting change it's here to stay 🫣🤪 Anywho, hail Jordan the me mechanic, my friend 👁️💜🫵man. Boss, he needs a raise ❤️‍🔥🎉 Hurry get yo car down there. Forgot the young man who helped me set my time. Had car almost 4 yrs and didn't know how to set time or read screen. How many miles I have left to drive, tire pressure etc. this gurl never worries. I just know park, reverse, drive wats 1, 2 for. Anywho lovely staff at vans. I felt great leaving lot. Uh - huh
