I just picked up some kumho 60,000 mile pro rated tires A week ago and found a puncture in one of them that couldn't be repaired, called up Whiteys where I purchased them to inform them about the situation, they told me that they would order a new tire and it would arrive in the afternoon, I was contacted, went in and they changed it right away at no charge, who does that, these guys are incredible, I love them and recommend them highly, Everyone there is courteous and professional, With matchless tire prices😊
- ASAldo S.May 11, 20261.0"Beware: This shop will charge you for repairs they don’t complete. I paid to have my tire issue addressed, simple TPMS, but the problem remained exactly the same. They told me to come to their other location across the street after a few days to fix it. When I asked them to make it right, they tried to double-bill me for a second repair. Literally was told that have to do so many things, even though its the same ownership the other guy told me "I run my shop here across the street, what u did at the other location (same shop) has nothing to do with me, very rude and unprofessional!!! A reputable shop stands behind their labor; this one just looks for a second payday. Do not recommend."
