  I love this car wash! It's like going back in time to Knotsberry Farm. Car comes out really clean!

  Dude who takes the money is a typical man who thinks he's better than everyone. Annoying.... Maybe one day I'll be as smart as him 🙄 I'll go elsewhere next time. The wash itself is a typical wash.

  I came in with the voucher. I got from a dealership. I was asking the guy a simple question on how much it would cost to have them dry my truck for me. The guy replied saying, it was $15, then I told him, i'm good. I'll just do the wash, he proceeded to make me pay the $15 because he already wrung up the transaction. My truck still didnt come out clean. I took it to a different carwash right after.

  Ryan and everyone else was amazing however Anthony ruined a perfect review. He was on his phone when we first pulled in. He proceeded to not wash the front or back of the car. He left the car dirty despite us paying for the grand champion wash. Thankfully the awesome guys at the tire shine area got it as clean as they could.

  Sierra Car Wash used to be great, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. In late March, I arrived a full hour before their posted closing time, yet they refused to wash my car, claiming they had already closed the interior section. I returned the next day, as directed by them, but they were closed entirely just because it was overcast. This resulted in me driving across town twice for nothing and missing the monthly interior wash I pay for. To make matters worse, I had been offered a 50% discount for the previous two months. When I finally got in, the attendant told me I couldn’t get the interior wash I’m entitled to, blaming a "problem in the system." It makes no sense that the system would suddenly fail to recognize a service I’ve been offered consistently before. I contacted customer service but have received no reply. Between the poor communication, lack of reliability, and the upcoming price increase, I am canceling my membership. I no longer recommend this place.
