Offered other services and upgrades as well. I liked that he wasnt pushy. After inspection, Michael explained all that was needed and total costs. Michael provided excellent customer service and job knowledge. There are plenty of oil change places near me, but Michael is the reason i’ll be coming back!!!
- HHHannah HMay 10, 20261.0Terrible service. Gave attitude about coming in later in the day. Then they messed up my oil change when I told them I was traveling out of town. I was trapped in a different state with my car leaking oil and now my check engine light is on and I have to get it serviced and pray that there is no lasting damage from the severe oil leak. Do NOT go here. $150 for an oil change just for me to have to pay that again elsewhere and buy new oil an call AAA to tow my car in a different state.

I took my car there and I was in and out in about 20 minutes or so? anyway I'm going to take my husbands truck there soon. No reason to look anywhere else! Oil change and they checked fluids, brakes at no extra cost.

My husband had a bad experience with him back in November after they killed my brand-new battery and I had one again today over the phone. He literally told me I was dumb and continued to interrupt me, spelling out VIN talk to me as if I was a child. He kept on telling me he didn't care that my personal information was released to someone else. I told him I was going to call Corporate and complain (which I did) and then he hung up on me, then he called my husband and tried to get me to call back to fix things which isn't happening. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
