Last time, it was a new-to-me Subaru Outback with a few large dents- I was able to negotiate a good price on the car because of it, and they made the car look like nothing happened. It was also crazy low priced- something like $250 to remove the two large dents. They took me that day and it only took a little less than 2 hours. This time, John and Anthony did the "go-around" service on a Honda Odyssey, and it again looks great. I had to schedule the service, but it was only a week or so later (I needed a Saturday). They found a few small imperfections that I hadn't even noticed, and tried to make it as pristine as possible. Can't recommend this place enough!

I initially sent some photos in through their online portal, and got a response very quickly. I had a few dents on the fender and hood from a basketball post, and was given real expectations that it would be a difficult job. I was glad to see they wouldn’t just say bring it in now it’ll be no problem. After bringing it in, they inspected it further, and gave me confidence that it would look significantly better, if not unnoticeable to the naked eye. I had updates during the work, was completed earlier than expected, and extremely satisfied with the work done. I have a 2022 GMC Yukon Denali for reference. Price was right, team at Johnny Dents was extraordinary. Will refer for sure!

Please keep in mind that the lease company needs to resale the vehicle to be able to turn a profit. They will observe every area of damage that affects the resale value of the vehicle such as dings/dents, scratches/scuffs, window chips and even missing floor mats! When damage is found that affects the value of the vehicle negatively they will charge you full body shop price to fix it. That’s why JohnnyDents offers a variety of mobile recondition services, so you won’t have to be at the mercy of the fine print in your lease contract anymore. Be pro- active and let a JohnnyDents technician do a pre-lease return inspection it’s free and could possibly save you a lot of money.
