I have been coming to Chevy Cherry Hill for around 7-8 years now, between my malibu before and now trailblazer. Service always done fast and proper. Also shout out to Ryan, always helps navigate what needs to be done with the car and really helps explains it for me to understand which I appreciate. Will continue to come here for service and hopefully for my next vehicle as well.

Took my trailblazer here for a repair to an electrical issue that my normal mechanic couldn’t repair due to the fact it was a computer issue and it was something only a Chevy technician could repair. I only went here out of desperation since once before I had taken my car here and have felt like I had been overcharged for services that had been done to my car. Since I was having trouble getting my car to stay on due to this electronic issue, I took it to Hessert. I will give them credit. They did fix the electronic issue I was having although I paid over $1000 for them to fix it. The real issue I have with them, was when they told me that my front lower control arms were worn so badly that it was a safety issue and I needed to get them replaced immediately they quoted me close to $900 for the service. Since I was putting so much money out for the electronic issue with my car, I asked if I could wait to fix this issue. John at Hessert, told me that it was a safety issue and that I shouldn’t wait to fix the problem. Thank God, my father was next to me during the call and told me to wait and have our normal mechanic look at my car. My mechanic checked out my whole entire suspension and both of my lower arm controls and told me that only one of the arms was slightly worn and could be replaced, but even if I replaced it at this point in time, I would be taking care of the issue well in advance then I needed to. I asked how much the service would cost from him. He told me that the part to fix the worn arm was $80 and that he would charge me $200 to install the part. I will never go to this dealership ever again for any service if I need to have a certified Chevy technician look at my car I will be taking it to the Delran Chevy dealership Barlow.

I want to thank Ben and the entire team at Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill for an amazing experience. I had missed a few appointments months ago and initially stopped at a Philadelphia location, but they couldn’t assist me. Right after leaving, Cherry Hill called to see if I was coming in—and I’m so glad I did.
I was exhausted from dealing with transmission issues and no air conditioning, and I needed something reliable. From the moment I arrived, Ben and the staff made everything smooth and stress-free. I came in with a 2011 Chevy Camaro and left with a 2026 Chevy Trax LT. I’m beyond satisfied and truly happy with my experience. I will absolutely be sending people your way!

Buyers beware: within days of purchasing my truck from this dealership, the check engine light came on.
I want people to be mindful when purchasing from this dealership. I bought a truck and within days the check engine light came on. While at the service department, I met an elderly gentleman who had also purchased a truck the same week and was dealing with the same issue.
The dealership made several repair attempts, but the check engine light continues to come back on. They are now saying it may be spark plugs, but admitted that is not guaranteed to fix the issue. I was quoted over $700 because they claimed the repair is not covered under warranty.
What concerns me most is that I was told the truck was fully inspected and “good to go” before purchase. After I raised concerns about the condition of the vehicle and discussed possibly seeking legal advice, the owner offered to replace the spark plugs at no charge. However, I was told this would be the final repair attempt for the check engine light issue and that I would need to sign an agreement related to future claims. They also made it clear they are not even certain the spark plugs will resolve the check engine light issue.
On top of that, staff became very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional after purchase.
Buyers should carefully consider this experience before purchasing a vehicle here.

Made appt for above date, and it was for 8 am. I got there about 7:15 am. Check in at 7:45 am, cool. Called to see if my truck was ready around 2:30 pm. The young man explained to me, that my truck has not been work on as of yet. Reason: Tech is working on vehicle left over from the day before. Can someone ask me if this is my problem?? Young man only been on this blue earth for a few minutes. I've been on this earth for hours. He, figure that he could B'S ME, AND THOUGHT I NEVER HEARD THOSE LIES BEFORE...
If you know that your running behind let the customer know, don't bullshit them.
I spoke with the service manager before weeks ago. He kept refuting what I was saying about his tech's. I hope the GM see this post.
Bottom line is Greed, before good customer service. I'll take my truck to his competitor in Jenkin Town. When I upgrade my truck it won't be with Hessert.
