Lady at the desk was not nice about the situation and told us we may get charged a full day but we paid 50 bucks a day so was totally off guard by the price

When they asked how things were going, we explained how my luggage was temporarily lost and that it was our honeymoon. They upgraded us to a brand new Bronco Sport (for a small fee), and this made our entire trip! It would've been a less exciting trip if we didn't have the Bronco Sport to rip around the mountains in. I would highly recommend!
