  I’ve worked several times with Drew Lawrence and I’ve been really impressed. He gives it to you straight with practical advice while making sure you’re taken care of. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I definitely recommend working with Drew!

  I purchased a brand new Nissan Sentra paid cash. The heated seat didn’t work on the driver side. It took him four separate times of me bringing in the car and sitting there for three hours to figure it out and finally get it resolved. Meanwhile, they damaged my car. I’ve attached pictures. This is completely unacceptable. The service manager doesn’t even bother to call me back. Also, my coworker bought a Nissan from them and she said nothing but problems with the dealership.

  Tori was very friendly and professional and answered my questions. If I ever need to bring my vehicle in and my Nissan service center is unable to get me in, in a reasonable amount of time, I will definitely bring it to Kline.

  I would give zero stars if I could.. I recently looked up the value of my car on KBB, and was immediately texted by a couple different dealerships about getting an In person appraisal on my car. Somebody from Klein Nissan reached out and I figured why not. I told them there was something mechanically wrong with my car, but I was not sure what, and she assured me that they would do an inspection and let me know exactly what was wrong with my car so I can move on with selling it or trading it in, Or have a better idea if I decide to fix it. Schedule an appointment and I made it very clear. There was something wrong with my car and Was told the reason for the appraisal was so they could look at more in depth than what I was given online. Well, as soon as I get there, she starts asking me questions about my car, which is fine but then Ask if I want to trade my car in, sell it or buy a new car and said I just wanna see my options after I figure out what is wrong with my car.. And then she has me sit down with the Lender to start filling out paperwork to purchase a new card from them, which I told them I did not want do, But they said I could do that while my car was being inspected. An hour and a half goes by and I get up to get something to drink and notice my car has not moved from where I had parked it and asked why.. She then told me the estimate they could give my car, but they haven’t even looked at it and weren’t planning on taking it back to the shop to actually do An inspection like I was told. I left extremely upset because they wasted my time and tried to push me to buy a car that I did not want to do.
