  We worked with Steve Truant on a custom order for a 2026 Expedition Max, and he was exceptional from start to finish. Since it was a custom build, the process took some time, but Steve was consistently responsive, easy to communicate with, and great to work with throughout. Today we completed all the paperwork, and he had us in and out quickly. The vehicle was beautifully detailed and even had a bow on it when we picked it up. We would highly recommend Steve and Bob Bell Ford.

  Plaza Ford, a family owned dealership is responsive, courteous in all of my dealings. This goes for my 2018 Explorer and 2006 F250 Super Duty 6.0 diesel.

  I’ve been having good luck here both in the quick lane for oil service, and in the regular shop for recalls and repairs. Good management by service managers for repairs and respectful of your time. Recalls for my truck have been strange- fuel pump replacement covered by a recall that hasn’t been corrected yet, so my pump already replaced, will have to be replaced again when the fix comes out. But that’s not the dealers fault.

  Beware of their deceptive marketing practices. They listed a car with incentives that were listed in a "final price". When I reached out to them, I was told that the one $2000.00 incentive cannot be combined with the others. They listed a price online that was absolutely impossible to get in any way b/c two of the incentives that are listed in the calculations cannot be used at the same time. The fact that it is impossible to buy this car at this price is a perfect example of false advertising. Stay away.....

  Specifically for the service department. I brought my F150 in for routine service oil, change, tire rotation. After I left, I noticed four or five little cuts on the passenger seat all in the same direction in one localized area that we’re not there before. I called and talked to a service manager. He told me to bring it in so they could take a look at it. I brought it in on the next available day. He looked at it and told me he spoke with his tech and he never got in that seat as it was the passenger seat, and there was no reason for him to. I asked if he may have sat there to check the cabin air filter as it’s located behind the glove box. And what she told me that they didn’t check the cabin air filter and typically do not so once again there was no reason for his guy to sit there.. Which is another problem because typically all my invoices and on the invoice for that trip it says they inspected the cabin air filter. So either he sat there and ripped my seat when he checked the air filter or he never checked it and they don’t check it but they marked the invoice that they did. Which makes me wonder what else they don’t check but say that they do. Which is a whole other problem. And I will not be back there. He did offer to get the replacement piece of leather At cost and pay them to install it. But I’m not really interested in having them do anything for me any longer
