  I had an excellent experience with Hawk Ford of Carol Stream. Mike, the manager, made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish and provided outstanding customer service. Butch, my salesman, was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured during the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Chris in finance also did a great job explaining everything clearly and making the paperwork process quick and stress-free. Overall, a great team and a great dealership experience. Highly recommend!

  With simply having a Fair credit score and $500, Scott took it upon himself to manage having me drive out the door on a 2024 Jeep Compss in under 2 hours. Something I didn't think would be possible. But, at Hawk Ford, it can be said that there may even be pride in making the impossible, possible. Well, they were at least able to for me. That's why next time, choose HawkFord.🙏😉👍

  The worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Those guy are professional scam artists. I went in the dealership with an online quote on the ford website. They started saying this and that to jack the monthly payment up. After we agreed where I need to be in price, they pulled my credit again. We got an approval from one bank and they told me my payment would be $774 and when I went to sign the documents, the accountant tried to sell me an extended warranty which I refused because it’s a new truck and when we got to the payment part, the number jumped up to $850. I was pissed off and left without signing or buying anything. WATCH OUT FOR THOSE GUY, THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

  Took my car for something strictly for a recall and ended up paying $2,000 for tire replacement. Be very careful, apparently they will send you a “review of recommended things your car needs” with no call, just numbers and what I thought was an explanation for the recalls. My mistake for not reading thoroughly thinking it was just the recalls information. Never in the beginning of our conversation do they mention this will be done or anything. I opt to take my car to a place that’s further now. Oh and my tires were perfectly fine for another year or so.
